This form is used to let us know how you want your project to work. It is very important that the information given here is correct. We require this information to be completed before we can generate your personalised order forms (or setup your online shop) as much of this information is required for that stage of your project.
The information on this form will only be saved after clicking the "SAVE" button at the base of this page. After clicking "SAVE" your information will be recorded and you will be sent an email confirming the options you have selected.
2.) Hand Scanning
If you have more than 60 drawings which require hand scanning (i.e. images with stuck on items etc) then you will be charged an additional £30. Please notify us if you believe you have more than 60 drawings which require hand scanning. If you do not check this box and we find you have more than 60 drawings then this may delay the production of your order forms whilst we confirm with you that the additional charge will apply.
3.) The Reverse/Back of Your Cards
Here you can specify exactly how you would like the wording on the reverse of your cards to look. Please be careful with spellings and capitalisation as the details entered here will be used EXACTLY as you have entered to print your cards.
The fields [NAME] & [CLASS] will be replaced with each individual child's name and class when printed (i.e. effectively like a mail merge). Ensure you click the "Preview" button to view how your chosen wording and logo option will look when printed on your cards. You will be shown TWO images, one of a portrait card and another of a landscape card.
(You can UPLOAD the logo to your account after completing the project setup)
4.) Payment Instructions
It is very important your parents understand clearly how you require payment. These details will be printed on your personalised order forms. Most groups take payment by cheque but if you need to take payment in some other form (i.e. cash, ParentPay etc) then please use the "CUSTOM WORDING" option to explain how payment should be made to you.
NB : If you select the option "Cheques made payable to :" from the dropdown list above then you DO NOT need to include the text "Cheques made payable to" in the text box, this will be added automatically.
